Cassaundra Flores is a San Diego–based real estate and relocation resource who supports individuals and families navigating moves, housing decisions, and transitions into the San Diego area. She works with clients both locally and from afar, providing guidance, education, and reliable local insight throughout the planning and decision-making process. Cassaundra welcomes questions at every stage and strives to make the experience feel approachable, clear, and supportive. With experience in organization, coordination, and people-focused support, Cassaundra takes a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach. She helps clients better understand neighborhoods, rental and homeownership considerations, and next steps so they feel informed rather than overwhelmed. Cassaundra is currently completing the final steps to activate her California real estate license and will be practicing under Link Brokerage. Until licensure is active, her work is focused on education, relocation support, and answering questions to help clients feel confident and prepared.
